Historic Builders, Inc. is a small general contracting company based in Central Phoenix, Arizona. Our specialties include restorations and additions to Historic properties and New Construction based on a traditional theme. We use a "design through build" concept with a majority of our projects. We work closely with the property owners and several local architects. We also provide custom design consulting services and instruction for the brave "do it yourselfers" out there. Not sure how to plan your project? We specialize in custom plans that fit your Historic home. We know what designs will look good and how to get them through the city's historic review permitting process. Our work can be seen in most of the Central Phoenix Historic Districts including: Willo, Encanto-Palmcroft, Phoenix Country Club, Roosevelt, FQ Story and Coronado.
